Founded in 2014 by seasoned professionals with decades of experience in the financial services sector, Signature Global has attracted support from prominent investors like Nomura, HDFC, IFC, Standard Chartered, Bandhan MF, and Kotak. The company upholds high standards of corporate governance and environmental responsibility. Signature Global follows a disciplined approach to land acquisition, maintaining a lead time of approximately 18 months from acquisition to project launch. All projects are strategically located in key areas of Delhi NCR and micro markets, including South of Gurugram (Sohna), Southern Peripheral Road (SPR), and Dwarka Expressway and New Gurugram.
Signature Global constantly incorporates sustainable best practices into the design and construction of its projects, implementing environmentally friendly building concepts aimed at increasing green cover and minimizing net carbon impact. Most of the company’s projects are either EDGE or IGBC certified. Additionally, Signature Global holds globally recognized and industry-leading certifications, including ISO 9000:2015 for quality management systems, ISO 14001:2015 for environmental management systems, ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety, and ISO 27001 for information security management systems (ISMS).
Signature Global is an EDGE-certified Green Building Developer in its focused segment in Delhi NCR, with EDGE certification demonstrating its achievements in energy savings, water savings, and sustainable materials. As a member of IGBC, the company is committed to sustainability in project development, and its efforts have been recognized with awards such as ‘Developer Leading the Green Affordable Housing Movement in India’ at the 8th IGBC Green Championship Awards. Sustainable practices include common area lighting with solar panels, LED lights, steel/aluminum powder-coated UPVC doors and windows, and high-performance glass that ensures better cooling and energy savings.
Till Q1FY24-25, Signature Global has delivered over 11 million square feet of projects and currently has ongoing projects covering 16.4 million square feet, along with a robust pipeline of 29.6 million square feet of saleable area. The company has replicated its business model across micro-markets in Delhi NCR, with a particular focus on Gurugram, Haryana, and has consistently grown its operations by leveraging its strong brand presence. Signature Global’s rapid expansion is attributed to its standardized design, technical specifications, and layout plans, which enable quick future expansion. The company’s track record in execution and continued construction has been instrumental in maintaining consistent sales and performance, even amid challenging market conditions during the COVID-19 pandemic.
In September 2023, Signature Global successfully completed its IPO with an overwhelming subscription of 12.5x, leading to its listing on the Bombay Stock Exchange and the National Stock Exchange of India. In FY24, Signature Global achieved sales bookings of ₹72.7 billion, with a sales CAGR of 62% from FY21 to FY24. The company projects sales of ₹100 billion in FY25, along with revenue recognition of ₹38 billion.
